Roasted peppers in jars is a traditional product in Transylvania and throughout Eastern Europe. These carefully selected vegetables, grilled over a wood fire, will go perfectly in a salad with feta and black olives, or on a pizza.
Ingredients: Peppers grilled over a wood fire, vinegar, sugar, salt, leaves of
bay leaf, garlic.
