Busuioacă de Bohotin is a semi-sweet rose wine, produced from the grape of the same name. It is perhaps the most appreciated Romanian wine, accessible, with geographical indication Dealurile Moldovei.
The aroma is intense and presents us with an explosive bouquet of flowers and fruits, among which are roses, strawberries, strawberries, apricots and basil.
The taste is sweet, very pleasant and the acidity very balanced. The finish is slightly bitter and quite persistent.
The Busuioaca de Bohotin is served cold as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to desserts, in particular fruit or cheese desserts.
