Vegetable caviar with oyster mushrooms called “Zacusca.”
Here is a vegetable caviar with oyster mushrooms is made from vegetables that are grilled and then cooked together. This recipe is a gastronomic variant of the “Zacusca peasant”.
It is guaranteed free of preservatives, colours and artificial flavours.
This product can be eaten simply with a spoon, or for more pleasure on a slice of fresh bread.

Composition: eggplants 30%, “gogosari” and “kapia” peppers, onion, tomatoes, fresh oyster mushrooms (15%), tomato paste, sunflower vegetable oil, salt, sugar, pepper.
Storage: in a cool and dry place at a temperature between +4°C and 20°C. Sterilized product. Keep in a cool place after opening. Consume before the date indicated on the packaging.
