Salam from Sibiu – 300gr
This dry sausage smoked in a wood-burning smoker is made according to the traditional recipe of Salam de Sibiu from Transylvania, with carefully chosen pork, spiced with a unique blend of spices and perfected by noble mold.
Sibiu salam has a slightly spicy and spicy taste, it can be eaten without the skin, and will decorate with delicacy and refinement your aperitifs and cold cuts.
This product manufactured by AGRICOLA benefits from an “IGP – Protected Geographical Indication” designation and is one of the official suppliers of the Romanian royal house.
Product calibrated at 300grammes.
Store between +2 and + 14ËšC, preferably in the refrigerator for better conservation (120 days per piece).
