Natural blackcurrant vinegar
CERBUL ACRU’s blackcurrant vinegar is a premium vinegar with a history.
It is obtained by the traditional method of cold pressing of the fruit.
Then the fruit juice is transferred to oak wood acetators and left to ferment for 14 days.
It is produced at the Slatina Vinegar Factory. Under the brand Cerbul Acru there are several variations.

The Slatina vinegar factory has a tradition since 1970 and also has in its portfolio natural vinegar from white wine and red wine obtained by the classical fermentation method.
