How do I cancel my order?

We won’t blame you, but hurry! You can cancel as long as your product is not shipped. Nothing could be simpler, just go to the My Orders page of your Customer Area, choose the order concerned, then click on Cancel my order. If you have already been debited, you will be refunded within 48 hours maximum.

When will I be delivered?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a link to the tracking of our carriers. And if ever the delivery is late, we can intervene to help you, let us know:

Delivery, how does it work?

We have a wide variety of delivery methods.
So that everything goes well during this delivery, remember to give us all the information to contact you and access your home in the online form.

Delivery also sometimes involves several packages!

The products you have chosen can be delivered to you in several packages! If you have the impression that a product is missing, it may be that another package is arriving elsewhere.

How do I change my delivery address?

Once your order is validated, you can unfortunately no longer change the delivery address. On the other hand, you can cancel the order (provided that your product has not yet been shipped) to return it with the correct delivery address. But our goal is to make your life easier and it will soon be possible!

My package has not arrived

The most common reason is carrier delay. Fortunately, this rarely happens.

You must first consult the tracking information given by the carrier, using your tracking number. Delivery may be in progress.

We cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, but we will do our best to help you and obtain delivery of your package.

Some products arrived broken

We take great care in packaging the products to avoid such problems.
Unfortunately, sometimes some products are broken during transport (especially glass jars).

In this case, it is important to take photos, and to issue reservations to the carrier upon receipt of the package. You then send us the photos of the package, and of the damaged products, to obtain your refund.

How do I print my invoice?

Your invoice is sent to you inside your package. No need to print it.
However, if you wish to receive a copy, contact us by email to receive another one. Contact address: contact@centraltransylvania.fr.

I want to modify my invoice

Your invoice is an accounting and official document, which summarizes the information of your order. Unfortunately, we don’t have the ability to make changes. In particular, the billing address cannot be changed.

The product I’m looking for is out of stock?

You have the possibility, in case of out of stock, to let us know your interest in a product by requesting a stock alert.

We are supplied regularly.
